Cacao ceremony, breath work & light movement, followed by craft work. Allergens: Cacao may contain Oat Milk, Cinnamon, Cardamom.

A cacao ceremony is a heart-opening ritual using pure ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant traditionally used in Central and South American cultures. (I recently went to Guatemala and brought back some of the purest cacao from the source). During the ceremony we mindfully drink cacao and enter a gentle space of intention, reflection and connection. Cacao supports emotional openness, grounding, and deeper connection to self and community.
